All SCC (Vic) residential homes are fully accredited by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency which requires compliance with a set of 44 government standards, that stipulate how we care for and support residents. All our homes are monitored regularly to ensure we achieve continuous improvement in our management, care, lifestyle, quality and safety programs.

Community Services
As a Community Care service provider we are required to meet stringent government standards and quality reporting guidelines to ensure we provide the highest quality of care to clients. We are also subject to the Disability Services Standards and Department of Veterans' Affairs audit processes.
Regular internal and external audits ensure we meet the highest standards in everything we do, including identifying and supporting clients’ care needs, while encouraging social independence and active ageing and ensuring privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.
