At SCC (Vic) we think about aged care a little differently. We believe older people can continue to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives – the lives they want.  To support this aim, we hold at least two major fundraising events a year, which in 2013, will be split between our Imagine Fund and Active Ageing Project.
